Capabilities

Technical Expertise, From Cut to Carton

We combine experienced production teams with material expertise, ensuring demanding technical fabrics and strict specifications are handled with precision at every stage of manufacturing.

Technical Fabrics

Materials We Work With

  • Klopman

Durable polyester-cotton blends engineered for professional workwear.

  • Cordura

High-tenacity fabric built for abrasion resistance and longevity.

  • Flame-Resistant Fabric

FR materials for high-risk industrial environments.

  • Middleweight to Heavyweight Cotton Stretch

210–350 g/m² stretch fabric for comfort and freedom of movement.

Machinery & Equipment

The Machines Your Order Runs On

Cutting is CAD-driven and automated; sewing runs on dedicated industrial machines set up per operation. This is the equipment your garments are made on.

  • Marker plotted full size on our Algotex plotter

    Algotex Marker Plotter

Graded patterns are nested into a marker and plotted full size, so the lay is optimised for fabric yield before a single roll is opened.

  • Automatic spreader laying fabric beside the roll store

    Automatic Spreading Table

Fabric is spread ply by ply under controlled tension, keeping the lay square and the cut parts dimensionally consistent from the top ply to the bottom.

  • Gerber Paragon automatic cutter in our cutting room

    Gerber Paragon Cutter

CNC cutting straight from the marker file. Notches and drill holes land exactly where the pattern puts them, which is what keeps assembly consistent across a 5,000-piece run.

  • Lectra Vector cutter, offcuts sorted into segregated recycling bins

    Lectra Vector Cutter

Our second automated cutting line, with vacuum hold-down for technical fabrics. Offcuts drop straight into segregated bins for recycling under our ISO 14001 system.

  • Juki bartack machine on the sewing floor

    Juki Bartack Machines

Dedicated bartack heads reinforce pocket mouths, belt loops and stress points to a programmed stitch pattern rather than to an operator’s judgement.

  • Brother five-thread overlock, threaded and ready to run

    Brother Overlock Machines

Five-thread overlock for seam construction and edge finishing at workwear fabric weights, with a measuring scale set into the table for checks at the machine.

  • Operator sewing a workwear panel on an automated machine

    Vibemac Automatic Units

Programmed lockstitch units for waistbands, belt loops and long straight seams, running the same stitch density down the whole run.

  • Operator loading a panel into an automated sewing workstation

    Robotech Automated Workstations

Programmed units for repeat operations — welt pockets, flaps and panel seams — so the same detail comes out the same way on every garment.

  • Heat transfer press applying a label to a garment

    Thermotex Transfer Presses

Heat transfer presses for reflective tape, logos and size labels, run at the temperature and dwell time the fabric and the tape specification allow.
