Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.

• What we collect

  Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your telephone number, subject line and message. We do not ask for anything else, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

• Why we use it

  To read your enquiry and reply to it, and to hold the resulting correspondence while we are in contact about a possible order. We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

• Legal basis

  Your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. You can withdraw consent at any time.

• Who else sees it

  Nobody, beyond the people at AFM who handle enquiries and the providers that host this site and carry our email. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not transfer it outside our supply of the service you asked for.

• How long we keep it

  For as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for our records or the law requires. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are obliged to keep it.

• Your rights

  You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Write to the email address above and we will answer.

• Hosting and logs

  This site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, its infrastructure records technical request data such as IP address, timestamp and user agent for security and reliability. That is standard server operation, not something we analyse.

This page is a plain-language summary, kept short on purpose. If you need our full data processing terms for a supplier questionnaire or a DPA, ask and we will send them.
