AFM Distribution delivers full CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) manufacturing for workwear, uniforms and protective garments — working directly from your patterns, fabrics and trims.

From initial fabric inspection to final packing, every stage is carefully monitored to ensure your specifications, quality standards and delivery schedule are met.

    Built to your pattern and specifications

    We work from your customer supplied patterns, approved samples, and technical specifications without reinterpretation.

    Reinforced where it matters

    Bartacks, seam construction and stress-point reinforcement are executed according to your approved specifications, with construction designed for the demands of the finished garment and its intended use.

    Heavy-duty zips, storm flaps, press studs, branded trims and other components are fitted according to your approved garment specifications.

    Every garment is pressed, thread-trimmed, inspected, polybagged and barcode-labelled, then packed according to your size ratio, carton specifications and shipping requirements.

Quality inspection is carried out systematically using final control protocols, production sheets and approved reference samples. Every product is checked against the technical specifications and the reference sample before packaging, to guarantee conformity in measurements, workmanship and appearance.

Maximum capacity is 80,000 pieces per month and up to 1,000,000 pieces per year. Our production structure is roughly 35% jackets and 65% trousers and overalls.

Standard delivery is 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume, fabric availability and finishing requirements. Production planning is monitored to honour the agreed schedule.
